You're eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
• You've generated fewer than 10 images (or fewer than 5 for Basic plan subscribers).
• You haven't changed subscription plans during the 7-day period.
• Available once per customer.

• Brief reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• Refunds are not available for automatic subscription renewals.
